Participants learn the techniques of working with pasta, flour, eggs, and other ingredients necessary for making fresh pasta.
Partecipants will get: wooden chopping board, flour, eggs, etc… cotton apron, chef hat, knife, gloves and all they will need in order to get the best out of the lesson.
